Meet Tiffany & Andrea – Co Leads of the Aldershot Village BIA
To celebrate International Women’s Day the Aldershot Village BIA is shining a light on some of our Women owned businesses along Plains Road. It is a day to celebrate women’s achievement, raise awareness about discrimination and take action to drive gender parity.
Andrea & Tiffany took on the role of Co Leads of the Aldershot Village BIA in November of 2022 and haven’t looked back! The benefits of working together, sharing the load and supporting each other has been nothing short of amazing. Collaboration is key and so beneficial to helping our membership. We are able to ask questions, brainstorm, support, cover each other, and organize while laughing the days away. Two different skill sets allow us to get the whole job done, each excelling at what we do. It takes a certain type of person to co-lead as you have to give up some control and credit but when it works, it works.
We are thrilled to continue to work for our business community along Plains Road!
