 Why did you choose Aldershot for your business?

My husband and I moved to Aldershot in April 2024 and we instantly fell in love with this community. These days it is very hard to find a community where everyone says hello while you pass each other when walking. The people are lovely, the nature as well. La Salle Park is beautiful and having RBG down the road, it’s truly a fantastic place to call home. For Content HQ, our customers aren’t all local; we get photographers, professionals, and content creators coming to our studio from other cities as far as Toronto or Kitchener. This is why a location that is easily accessible is so important to us. Aldershot is super accessible by highway and public transportation, which was a major reason why we chose this location. With that being said, Content HQ brings new visitors to Aldershot; our customers often stop at the local restaurants or coffee shops for lunch. We are also the only Content Studio in Aldershot, so for the local photographers & businesses, it is a very convenient location for anyone who is looking to ‘level up’ their online presence.

What sets you apart from all the rest?

Our studio is quite unique. First of all, our studio is the most affordable content studio in Burlington. It is quaint yet elegant; it is uniquely designed and perfect for podcast recording, personal brand content, business headshots, etc. Our studio rental also includes a lot of the equipment. Rather than having to go out and purchase professional quality lighting and microphones, which can cost hundreds of dollars, our studio includes all of our equipment. When you book our studio, you already have all of the tools necessary to create high quality content at an affordable price.

What is your specialty product or service?

Content HQ is a content studio located here in Aldershot, and we offer studio rentals by the hour, and we also offer monthly plans as well. As previously mentioned, our studio rental includes all of our equipment and backdrops. Content HQ offers a unique space for creators, photographers, and professionals to create visually appealing content all year long. Use our cozy yet elegant space to bring your ideas to life through design and storytelling. We believe in the power of visual communication to captivate audiences and leave a lasting impression.

What do you love about Aldershot and what is YOUR favourite business to visit in our BIA?

The community here in Aldershot is unparalleled. The people are so friendly and, although I have only lived here for less than a year, I can honestly say Aldershot is such an amazing place to call home. I feel really thankful to be a part of this community. It is extremely difficult for me to choose just ONE business in Aldershot because there are so many fantastic businesses that are part of our BIA, so my apologies but I will name a few. Ye Olde Squire is such a great spot to have tasty pub food. Thai Senses is super cute and has amazing Thai food. RBG is such a beautiful place to spend the day walking through nature. Russell Williams family restaurant for the tastiest breakfast poutine. I’ve never felt my teeth be so clean other than after visiting Aldershot Dental Hygiene – the attention to detail is amazing! Being so new to the community, there are still so many amazing places on my list to try so I am sure there are many more amazing ones that I missed.  

What would you like the Aldershot community to know about you and your business?

I would love for the community to know that our studio is ideal for professional & lifestyle photography & content creation. By profession I am a realtor, so when I was designing the space, I had realtors in mind. It is a fantastic space to use to create content for your business. Another thing I’d like to add is that we have great relationships with professional photographers, videographers, and content creators. If creating content for your business is something you want to do but still feel like you would like help with the creation process, we are more than happy to refer you to someone who will take great care of you and help your vision come to life.
